Your responsibility

Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and providing accurate information, including ages and mobility or dietary needs relevant to the trip.

Supplier services

Hotels, airlines, parks and other independent suppliers provide parts of a journey under their own operating conditions. We select and coordinate them with reasonable care.

Changes

Weather, road conditions, wildlife, closures and other circumstances may require reasonable itinerary changes. We will communicate material changes and seek a suitable alternative.

Governing terms

The detailed booking terms supplied with your quotation take priority for the confirmed trip. Applicable law and dispute provisions will be stated before payment.
