Eligibility
Refund eligibility follows the cancellation schedule in your booking confirmation, less non-recoverable supplier charges and any clearly disclosed processing costs.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practical. Bank processing times, currency conversion and intermediary fees are outside our control.
Unused services
Voluntarily unused accommodation, transport, meals or activities after travel begins are generally not refundable unless a supplier authorizes a refund.
