Your confirmed schedule

The cancellation schedule for your trip is stated in the written quotation and booking confirmation. It reflects commitments made to hotels and other suppliers.

How to cancel

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by the lead traveler. We acknowledge the effective cancellation date and provide a breakdown of applicable charges.

Supplier conditions

Some services, special-rate rooms, permits, tickets and peak-season bookings may be non-refundable from confirmation. These exceptions are identified before payment where known.

Changes by us

If we must make a material change, we will propose a reasonable alternative or the remedies described in your confirmation, subject to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
