Inquiry and quotation

Submitting a website form creates an inquiry only. A booking exists after services are confirmed in writing and the required payment is received.

Prices and payments

Your quotation states the currency, payment schedule, inclusions and validity period. Bank or card fees and exchange-rate movements may affect the amount received.

Traveler details

Names and passport details must be accurate where requested. Please promptly tell us about dietary, medical, mobility or child-travel needs relevant to arrangements.

Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended from the date you confirm, covering cancellation, medical care, luggage and activities in your itinerary.
